Aaiyega lets you make a digital invite, pay once and share one link with your guests. You own what you put on it, and you are responsible for it. Use only photos you have the right to use, keep to the content rules, and we keep your invite online for the time your plan covers.
1.Who we are and these terms
Aaiyega (aaiyega.com) is run by SilverThink, a brand of HeySERP Marketing Services, Plot No. 17, S/F, Sector 7 Dwarka, New Delhi, India. These terms are an agreement between you and us. By creating an account or publishing an invite, you agree to them, to the privacy policy, the refund policy and the content rules.
"You" means the person who makes an invite. "Guests" means the people who open it.
2.Your account
You need to be 18 or older to make an account. You sign in with your Google account, so keep that account safe. One Aaiyega account is for one person, and you can make as many invites with it as you like.
3.Making and publishing an invite
Making an invite, filling it in and previewing it is free. An invite goes live when you publish it and the payment goes through. After that you can edit it as often as you like, and the link stays the same.
Each plan keeps your invite live for its own time, shown when you choose it and on the refund policy. When that time ends, guests who open the link see a short thank-you note instead of the invite.
4.Payments
Prices are shown before you pay, and you pay once per invite. Nothing renews. In India you pay in rupees through Razorpay; rupee prices include 18% GST, and your receipt is in Settings. Outside India you pay in US dollars through LemonSqueezy, which sells to you as the merchant of record and may add tax at checkout. Refunds follow the refund policy.
5.Your content
The names, words and photos you add stay yours. You let us store them, show them to anyone who has your link, and make smaller copies (such as the preview WhatsApp shows) only to run your invite. This permission ends when the invite and its data are deleted.
You are responsible for what you put on your invite. You confirm you have the right to use every photo, and that the people in them are fine being on it.
6.Songs and YouTube
A song on your invite is a YouTube video played through YouTube's own player. We do not copy or host it. YouTube's terms apply to it, and a song may stop playing if its owner removes it or turns off embedding. Choose songs you are comfortable sharing with your guests.
7.Our designs
The designs, art and colour palettes on Aaiyega belong to us or to the people we licence them from. You may use them inside your invite only. You may not copy a design or its art for anything else.
8.What you can't do
- break the content rules or the law;
- make an invite in someone else's name without their say, or for an event that isn't happening;
- use an invite to cheat people, for example to ask guests for money for someone else;
- send invites as spam to people who don't know you;
- copy, scrape or overload the site, or get around how it works.
9.When we take an invite down
If an invite breaks these terms, the content rules or the law, or someone reports it with good reason, we may hide it or take it down. We tell you why by email, and you can reply to explain or fix it. An invite taken down for breaking the rules is not refunded. If it keeps happening, we may close the account.
10.The service and our liability
We work to keep every invite open and fast, but we cannot promise the site will never be slow or down, for example when a provider we rely on fails. If something goes wrong on our side, write to us and we will fix it or refund you as the refund policy says.
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any one invite is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away a right that consumer law gives you.
11.Ending your account
You can delete your account any time from Settings in My invites. Your invites, photos and replies go, and live links stop working. The privacy policy says what we keep.
12.Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please write to us first: most problems are quicker to fix by message. If we can't settle it, the courts of New Delhi, India decide.
