Email is the way to reach us. Send the link of your invite with your question and a real person replies, Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm.

## 1.Help with an invite

Email [hey@aaiyega.com](mailto:hey@aaiyega.com), Monday to Saturday, 10 am to 7 pm. Mail sent outside these hours is answered the next working day.

Please send the link of your invite and, for a payment, the payment ID from your receipt.

## 2.Everything else

The same address, [hey@aaiyega.com](mailto:hey@aaiyega.com), for privacy requests, reports about an invite, partnerships or press. We reply within 2 working days.

## 3.Grievance Officer

Under India's IT Act, 2000 and the DPDP Act, 2023, complaints go to our Grievance Officer, Sunny Kumar. Email [hey@aaiyega.com](mailto:hey@aaiyega.com) with "Grievance" in the subject. We confirm within 24 hours and resolve it within 15 days.
